VGO has a lot of promise. It is one of the newer programs and a full English version would definitely help it in my book.

It is easy to use. Just download, install and then choose the channel. Some parts of the installation are in Chinese but don't worry because there seems to be no spyware in this. Unfortunately, the entire program is completely in Chinese and it would be hard for someone who doesn't read Chinese to understand. But it only takes common sense to find out which is the channel selection bar. It is really hard to look for a channel in my opinion even if I can read a little Chinese.
