2. Your internet connection may not be fast enough. A fast broadband connection like Cable or DSL is required with at least 512kbps downstream so that you can watch streams properly.

3. Don't use other bandwidth-heavy programs like P2P Apps or Bittorrent. These may significantly affect the quality of the streams you are watching.

4. Not enough users may be watching the stream. The more users there are watching a stream, the better the quality would be because you will get the stream from more sources.

5. If you're running Windows XP SP2 or Vista, you may need to install a patch because Windows limits the number of outgoing or incoming TCP connections, which affect the performance of programs like this.
